Have you ever heard of Mattawan, Michigan?  Probably not, but how about Kalamazoo, Michigan?  Well that's where I was born and raised.  While Mattawan High School had cows across the street, Kalamazoo is known for having the world's first outdoor mall.  You'd have a better chance of finding a grain of pepper in a barrel of salt than you would finding black people in Mattawan....And we set out to change that.  Conversely, it changed us too.  I can hear The Beach Boys and some good old Yacht Rock  blaring from the bus speakers to this day.  Anywho, Jobs were pretty easy to come by for a 14 yr old in those days.  I'm pretty sure I'm an actor now because I worked enough hayfields, cornfields, factories and dog kennels to know that manual labor as a means of survival was not my bag.  Fast forwarding a bit, and here comes a Theatre Degree from Western Michigan University. Then straight to a Masters degree in Acting at UC – San Diego.  Yes, I was accepted into Harvard and Yale, but I turned them down knowing I couldn't commit to 3 years of argyle socks and leather bound books.   Los Angeles was a no brainer after schooling.  My TV/Film appearances include BARRY, NCIS, NCIS-LA, SHAMELESS, INSECURE, GENERAL HOSPITAL and more.  YES, my  Voice is heard nationally with brands like MCDONALD’S, TOYOTA, SEAT GEEK, CREDIT KARMA.  On the video game side of things: SPIDERMAN 1 and 2, SUNSET OVERDRIVE, FALLOUT 76, SAINTS ROW and STREET FIGHTER.  Here comes Animation:  a series regular on MAX’s hit YOUNG LOVE(Dr Barry) as well as HELLO NEIGHBOR, ROBOT CHICKEN and PAWS OF FURY.  I've voiced more than 100 Audio Books including the 2022 Audie Award Nominated THE LIFE CHANGING SCIENCE OF DETECTING BULLSHIT.  And can you believe it?  All of those TV shows and voiceovers pale in comparison to my greatest accomplishment. Convincing my wife to go on a life long roller coaster with me.  My gal and 2 boys are the hominy to my grits, the beans to my cornbread, the Hall to my Oates!...I wasn't lyin about that yacht Rock lol.  Welp, I suppose that's enough for now.  Thanks for visiting my page!  Love, Peace and Hair Grease!
